Golf 5 Plus VDO 1K0920863B reading failed

Hello everyone,

To my problem: I have a VW Golf Plus from 2007 with Dashboard 1K0920863B and small MFA. I want to put in a highline MFA.

I tried to read out KM and/or Immo Information but when I hit either of those, the Dashboard goes dark and it says read identification failed. The Dashboard was still inside my car of course. Today I put it outside the car and on my table, same procedure but the dashboard doesnt reset/go black but still says reading failed. I have read out a 1K0920974D outside of the car fine with KM and IMMO information.

In the Attachment theres also the log files. I tried out various versions, inside/outside car and also the working us dashboard.

And one last thing, I would really just need the login for the 1K0920863B, so I can put in the new one and learn it to car via VCDS

Strange thing happened now, I tried to do Device Info @ 1.8.2, heres what I get:

When i Do update device @ program, it shows me the latest version 2.0.5 (which should be installed) but when i try to update it, it also says server resposne error.

since we spoke on MSN and you said my VAG KM+ Tool is broken, I sent it back to my dealer and it was "repaired" at your factory and it was sent back to me. Today i got it back and i still have the "Server response error."
